Good Food, Good Recipes.

Think of your body as an engine that needs fuel. If you drove a nice car that required unleaded fuel, would you put diesel fuel in it everyday?
No, of course not!

Naturally, it is foolish to think we are going to fuel our bodies every single day with the perfect balance of nutrients, calories, foods, and beverages to optimize our overall health. That might sound crazy! But it is true!

There are too many foods that look and taste so good!!! That they become irresistible to us.

It is human nature to want to indulge in life's culinary pleasures. Therefore, it is important to understand a few basics of good nutrition and a healthy lifestyle in order to find a balance between eating healthy and enjoying some of life's not so healthy culinary temptations.

We will make sure it's simple to make! Cheap to make! Good to eat! And of course!!!!! ...... what else huh?

Convenience! Effortlessly! Yummy! All jam packed into one! If the food doesn't fall into all 3 categories we just mentioned! Then it won't be posted!!
